Through this last school year Commanding Officer Kadaries Ford has led the NJROTC cadets through many successful ventures. He has been a true leader from the start, creating a bond built with trust, compassion, and confidence. It was an emotional and honorable moment as he pinned Emma Gladstone as the new Commanding Officer for the 2023/2024 school year. This position is well deserved, and the cadets are in great hands. CO Gladstone has shown her leadership throughout the years by always showing kindness and structure to those she leads. This is not an easy rank to earn as it takes time, dedication, commitment, leadership, compassion, and patience.
