ED-OP Day aka College Fair was held on Thursday, October 19, 2023. In partnering with Strive Scan again this year, we successfully had 55 registered colleges/universities to attend ED-OP. Students and College Representatives were required to utilize Strive Scan during the SC Educational Opportunity Fair. Students were asked to register for the event and then, they received a barcode. The barcode allowed them to circulate and speak with more colleges. Strive Scan created a report post-fair to share information about the top colleges our students scanned. The University of South Carolina and its satellite campuses were the highest on the list of top colleges that our students scanned. This information will assist us in the career center to plan future college visits to help our students connect with the institutions that they are interested in.
