Claflin University Choir Performed on Saturday, February 3rd at the Colleton Civic Center. The 3pm concert was the 2nd year that choir has performed at the Civic Center. The concert which in included Traditional, Gospel and Gullah music was a part of the Lowcountry African American Cultural Arts Festival. The Black History Month Celebration also included a Arts, Crafts, and Quilt show in the exhibit area of the Civic Center. Later this month the Civic Center will host a Fashion Show and the Denimufay African Dance and Drum Production. For more information go to colletoncivic.org.
