Newly-hired Colleton County High School head football coach Adam Kinloch announces there will be a parent meeting for all potential football players starting 6 p.m., April 20, at the gymnasium. This is a mandatory meeting for both parents and players, from rising ninth graders to seniors.

Coach Kinloch states the purpose of this meeting is to make sure everyone is on the same page concerning spring practice, summer schedule and introducing of new staff members.

“We will also be discussing the rules and expectations for the players,” Kinloch said.

Spring practice is set to begin May 1, with practices from 4:30-6 p.m., Monday-Thursday. The spring game will be held May 19.

Kinloch also announces that the former Orangeburg-Wilkinson head football coach has been hired as the new defensive coordinator for the Cougars.
