The Band of Blue Winter Percussion presented an outstanding performance at Dorman High School in Spartanburg, April 13th at the 2024 Carolina Winter Ensemble Association Winter Percussion Championships.
The Band of Blue Winter Percussion placed 3rd and earned the bronze medal. The winter drumline competed against 15 other percussion groups from South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia.
Congratulations to the Band of Blue Assistant Band Director Clay Blackwood, instructors Jason Johnson, Mrs. Cathy Meshach, Ms. Taylor Fussell, Ms. Joelle Glapinski and Mr. George Ritchie for all their hard work and dedication.
