Colleton Prep Academy is fielding their first varsity boys soccer squad in the 2021-22 spring season.
The War Hawks are being coached by Andrew Floresca.
In a pre-season scrimmage versus Colleton County High School, the War Hawks fell 3-0. In the season opener against Beaufort Academy on March 2, the War Hawks were shutout 7-0. Later in the week, Colleton Prep fell 6-0 against Bridges Prep Academy.
“Fundamentally, the guys are playing great first halves against every opponent so far,” said Floresca. “We are holding opponents to one or fewer goals. We just need to continue that pace during the second half and continue to create scoring opportunities for ourselves.”
CPA was scheduled to host Wade Hampton High School on March 7, before traveling to Charleston Collegiate on Tuesday evening. The War Hawks will head to Patrick Henry Academy on Friday, March 11.
