On November 1, 2024 Walmart store #1358 opened its doors to its newly laid out store.
The remodel showcased a different look for the store. New flooring led the way through the different departments that featured a more sophisticated feel. Mannequins wore clothing that were on the racks, furniture was displayed on platforms in such a way the consumer could visualize what it might look like in their homes and interactive displays were available to allow shoppers to see what a product looks versus what is on the box.
The Grand Re-Opening thanked all those who came from other stores to assist with the remodel, Team Leads, and associates with 35 years with Walmart. The event also said farewell to the outgoing store manager, and welcomed new store manager James Adams. The event was MC’ed by Charise, a Team Lead, and her enthusiasm made the event fun and upbeat for everyone. Charise was accompanied by a DJ who kept the music coming and even inspired a dance or two in the aisles.
