WALTERBORO: Randy Walker passed away early Tuesday morning, January 24, 2023 at his home in Walterboro, under hospice care, with his family by his side. He was 64.
Randy was born in Colleton County October 9, 1958 a son of Annie Dean Walker and the late Paul Elliott Walker Sr. He was the former owner and operator of Walker Roofing Company. Randy was a devoted son and brother, and his favorite times were spent raising cattle and farming of the family property. He will truly be missed.
In addition to his mother, Randy is survived by two women he raised as daughters, Tracey Maness and Candace Smoak. He leaves behind his sister, Sandy Walker Thomas, and his brother Paul E. Walker Jr. (Laura). He is survived by his nephew Lonnie Nettles (Mandy) and two great-nephews Walker and Connor Nettles. There is a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.
Funeral services will be held Thursday morning, January 26, 2023 at 11:00 in the Greenlawn Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. The family will receive friends during a time of visitation beginning at 9:45 at Parker Rhoden Funeral Home, 117 Paul Street in Walterboro.
