Each year, the Honors and Awards Commission of the University of South Carolina (USC) selects the university’s most outstanding students to receive service, leadership and academic awards. The school celebrates the service, scholarship, leadership and character of the student community with an Awards Day celebration. Two Walterboro students were chosen as outstanding students by the Honors and Awards Commission. Ashley Rohde has received the Outstanding Undergraduate Leadership Award from the USC Salkehatchie College of Nursing. Lindsey Warko has received the Outstanding Undergraduate Clinical Performance Award from the College of Nursing. Both students will be recognized by USC for their achievements.
