Taylor Tomedolskey was crowned 2021 Homecoming Queen for Colleton Prep Academy during halftime of Friday’s home football game against Thomas Heyward Academy.
Tomedolskey is the daughter of Mark and Terri Tomedolskey. She is a four-sport athlete for CPA, participating in softball, basketball, volleyball and is captain of the cheerleading squad. She serves as CPA Sergeant-at-Arms for the student body, historian for the National Honor Society and secretary for Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Taylor plans to study biology in the fall and hopes to one day be a physician’s assistant.
Tomedolskey was crowned by Colleton Prep’s 2020 Homecoming Queen Weslin Jones.
Additional candidates for Homecoming Queen were Haley Bootle and Cassandra Craven.
Haley Nicole Bootle is the daughter of Everett and Nicole Bootle. Haley plays softball, rides horses, and is an off-road racecar driver. She is also a member of National Honor Society where she serves as president. Haley plans to study veterinary medicine in college. She was escorted by her father, Everett.
Cassandra Leigh Craven is the daughter of Bobby and Robin Craven. She plays volleyball and is a cheerleading captain. She also serves at the service chair for National Honor Society. Cassie hopes to attend the University of South Carolina in the fall.
The 2021 Colleton Prep Homecoming Court included: Freshmen Emma Drew, daughter of Nick and Bramlett Drew, and Anne Hatcher White, daughter of Josh and Rebekah White; Sophomores Makenzie Pellum, daughter of Shannon and Beth Pellum, and Olivia Sumner, daughter of Jarred and Heather Sumner; and Juniors Becca Martin, daughter of Tiger and Christy Martin, and Linley Jones, daughter of Wesley and Sonda Jones.
