Attached you will find the district’s press release which provides key points and an in depth analysis of our progress. We would like to commend the school board, administrators, teachers, students and families for the focus and attention on school improvement during the past school year.
We offer our congratulations to Ms. Angel Parker and her staff and students for achieving the highest overall rating for the district. Bells’ rating progressed from ‘Below Average’ to ‘Good’. Additionally, we congratulate Colleton County Middle School for their progress from ‘Below Average’ to ‘Average’. Also we commend Forest Hills and Hendersonville Elementary moving from ‘Unsatisfactory’ to ‘Below Average’ rating.
We realize that there is still much work to do, and we will remain committed to our focus on improving academic achievement, climate, culture and school safety.
