Mr. Terry Lyn Crosby, 52, of Walterboro, entered into rest Saturday afternoon, August 28, 2021, at the Colleton Medical Center in Walterboro.
Born July 29, 1969, in Walterboro, he was a son of John Wesley Crosby and Elaine Youmans Crosby. He was a 1988 graduate of Walterboro High School where he played in the Band of Blue and was a tubist in their Championship Band in 1986. He was the owner of Comfort Installation, LLC, a business that he started and operated with great skill. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed fishing, shrimping, spending weekends on the water and traveling to Tennessee. Terry had a heart of gold and possessed the heart of a child, and always had the ability to always meet people on their level. He loved cooking and had a food truck and was the owner of TLC Donuts.
Surviving in addition to his parents of Walterboro are: his three children, Nickolas John Crosby ( Whitney Rogers), Caleb Wyatt Crosby (Samantha Scott), and Sydney Lyn Crosby (Tyler Westbury) all of Walterboro and their mother, Mandi; a brother, John Timothy Crosby and his wife Myra of Green Pond; a sister, Nancy Elaine McMillan and her husband Dean and their son, Richard of Walterboro; a grandchild, McKenna Scott; and his significant other, Lora McGee and her son Tyler Zander of Walterboro; as well as his beloved cat, “Maizy”.
Funeral services will be conducted 10 o’clock Wednesday morning, September 1, 2021, from the graveside at Bedon Baptist Churchyard, 2410 Cottageville Highway, Walterboro. The Reverend Bobby Ethridge officiating.
