Taylor-Buckner recognized by Columbus Organization

Recently, Rolets Taylor-Buckner was recognized by the Columbus Organization for her active participation in helping people in Colleton County.

Taylor-Buckner is a native to Colleton County, and according to the Columbus SC Case Management Team, is always giving back to her community in her professional role as well as personal endeavors. She has worked professionally alongside adults with special needs in Colleton County for thirteen (13) years providing Community Supports.

The individuals she supports are adults living in the community alone or with family members who do not have around the clock caregivers. Taylor-Buckner is their link to all community services such as banking, domestic needs, money management, and health management.

“There is no short way to describe the real life help she provides, said case team members Kristi Willis, Geneatha Williams, and Sheila Kelly. “The ID/RD population of individuals in South Carolina's Lowcountry are blessed to have her in their lives. According to her clients, she loves what she does and the people she works with love her. She has always taken an active role in training, assisting, and advocating for any and all of their needs. She is active in assuring their rights and place in the community in which they live.
