Colleton County Middle School 6th-8th grade SPICE students have been competing in the SC Stock Market Game. The competition started in September and ended on Dec. 5. Two of the 6th grade teams finished in the top 10 in the middle school division which included 133 middle school teams from throughout the state. The team of Connor Smoak, Nasir Barrett, Carson Elsey, and Collin Newman finished second in the state and will be recognized at the state awards ceremony on May 19. The team of Landon Womack, Khamren Wiggins, and Darren Crosby finished seventh in the state.
