A Walterboro woman was told she would spend six days in jail when she pled to two criminal charges in the November session of Colleton County General Sessions Court.
Domika Smith of Walterboro pled to charges of financial transaction card fraud and malicious injury to an animal or personal property.
After hearing the pleas, 14th Circuit Court Judge Carmen Mullen ordered her to spend six days of a one-year sentence on the financial transaction card fraud.
A second concurrent six-day stay in jail was ordered on the malicious injury charge.
She was also placed on concurrent two-year probations on the charges.
