Mr. Phillip Lewis Bell, 82, of Walterboro, entered into rest Monday morning, December 6, 2021, at Pruitt Health Care in Estill. He was the husband of the late Mrs. Dorene Bell.
Born October 27, 1939, in Walterboro, South Carolina he was a son of Claude and Dolly Bells.
Funeral services will be conducted 2 o’clock Thursday afternoon, December 9, 2021, from The Brice W. Herndon and Sons Funeral Chapel, Walterboro. Interment will follow in Glendale Memorial Cemetery, 2210 Mount Carmel Road, Walterboro.
