He has answered the call to serve as God’s representative to His people in 1989.
We thank God for Pastor Carter‘s unwavering commitment to this congregation, and the surrounding communities.
He has been ordained and equipped by God to baptize sinners save by grace and mercy, dedicated babies into the family and perfection of God, officiated God‘s will to those who seeking His approval in holy matrimony, being comfort for the bereaved as well as eulogize those who God called home, provide individual counseling to those at their request.
Pastor Carter has ordained willing and ready ministers to continue spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ.
