Congratulations to Alston Joseph Arras and Sarah Tuten who have both received Palmetto Gold Scholarships of $1,000 each. Arras and Tuten are both juniors in the USC Salkehatchie Rural Nursing Initiative program and will earn their Bachelor of Science in Nursing from USC Beaufort at the USC Salkehatchie campus.
