Mr. James Monroe Padgett, 74, of Lodge, passed away Sunday, May 14, 2023. Born February 11, 1949, in Colleton County, he was the son of the late James Nathaniel Padgett and Jennie Lillian Crosby Padgett.
Surviving are: children, Wyatt Padgett (Kimberly) and Jaime Infinger (Tony); sisters, Jennie “Midge” Laird, Betty Hagan, and Susan Dew; 8 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Tanya Padgett Lyons.
