NJROTC participates in Veterans Day celebration

On November 11, the Colleton County NJROTC was invited to present colors for the annual Veteran’s Day Celebration at the Veterans Victory House.

The celebration took place in the Truluck Pavilion due to the inclement weather.

The members of the Colleton County NJROTC participating in this event were: Cadet Ensign Nathan Erwin (National Ensign), Cadet Mackenzie Seigler (State Flag of South Carolina), Cadet Ensign Austin Craven (Rifle Bearer), Cadet Chief Petty Officer Kadaries Ford (Rifle Bearer) and Cadet 2nd Class Petty Officer Dylan Wilson (alternate). The instructors accompanying the cadets were Lt. Col. Jay DePinto (USMC Rt.) and PR1 Chris Hutchens (U.S. Navy Rt.).

The NJROTC unit is proud to be part of the presentation of colors for this momentous occasion each year.
