On Monday July 27, Rhiannon Smith, 13, and Hannah Carter, 15, were safely located at a residence about three hours from Colleton County by Glasscock County Deputies in Gibson, Ga.
Upon further investigation, deputies found the girls willingly left their homes in Colleton County.
The Colleton County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating the circumstances behind the incident to determine if any criminal actions by other person(s) involved will take place.
The two were reported missing from their homes on Saturday July 25.
