Born June 30, 1971, in Ashtabula, Ohio, he was a son of William Burgoon and Margaret Louise Westerburg Williams.
Funeral services will be conducted 2 o’clock Tuesday afternoon, September 21, 2021, from The Brice W. Herndon and Sons Funeral Chapel, Walterboro. The family will receive friends following the funeral ceremony at the funeral home.
