Dear Editor,
I’m glad to see a legitimate candidate running against Congressman Clyburn. Tired of getting emails from the Congressman saying that the most important thing one can do after being elected is to get reelected. This shows his total disregard for his district and the people in it. No concern for improving the economics or conditions but only his self-interest of being reelected. I for one am tired of seeing our sons and daughters having to go elsewhere because there are few living wage jobs coming to our district This was the man responsible for getting Joe Biden the nomination and eventual Presidential win. I see there is a new chip plant for Ohio, I see a new battery plant for North Carolina, I see a new steel mill in Arkansas but nothing for our District. Seems something should come here from such a huge political win. Even the next Supreme Court Justice is from another State thou we have a woman equally as qualified. Time for a change!!!
