Mrs. Joyce Murray Hall, 79, of Walterboro, entered into eternal rest Thursday evening, October 21, 2021 at her residence.
Born December 7, 1941 in Ruffin, she was a daughter of the late Oscar Crider Murray and Leatrice Langdale Murray. She was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church where she was the church pianist for many years. She loved playing the piano for church and for weddings. She loved flower arranging and crafting.
Surviving are: her husband of fifty-nine years, Mr. Charles Franklin Hall of Walterboro; children, Charles Daniel Hall of Walterboro, Melanie Johnson (Timmy) of Walterboro, and Donna McDaniel (Lloyd) of Summerville; grandchildren, Nicholas Johnson, Candace Finley, Brittney Hall, Garrett McDaniel and Courtney Taylor; 7 great grandchildren, Taylor, Landen, Clementine, Brayden, Lorelai, Eleanor, and Madelyn. ; and a sister, Janette Cline of Florida.
Funeral services will be held 4 o’clock, Sunday, October 24, 2021 at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, 7345 Jefferies Highway, Walterboro. Interment will follow in the Hall Family Cemetery.
The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 2:30 pm in the church sanctuary.
