Debra Ann Jennings, 67, of Orangeburg, died Saturday, June 15, 2024. Born February 1, 1957, in Greenville, she was a daughter of the late Jim Looper and Helen Tabouli Looper. She was a retired LPN. Surviving are: son, James Anthony Frank Steele of Orangeburg; and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Jim “Butch” Looper, Jr., Jerry David Looper, and Tommy Looper. Arrangements By: The Brice W.
