Mr. Horace Hubbard, affectionately known as “Hubb”, was born in Robeson County, North Carolina on April 4, 1935. His life was interrupted after a short illness on Monday, December 13, 2021 at Lumberton NCU. He was an Army veteran who received The Purple Heart and a retired contractor.
