Charlotte Aiken Hiott, age 61, of Yemassee, passed away after a long battle with cancer on Sunday evening, July 21, 2024. Born July 30, 1962 in Walterboro, SC, she was the daughter of the late William Henry Aiken and Daphne Herndon Graham. She graduated from Calvary Christian School in 1980 and went on to obtain an Associate’s degree from Beaufort Technical College. She retired from the Colleton County Family Court. She is survived by her two children, Kyle and Randi, her daughter-in-laws, Abby and Lily, and her granddaughter, Ella. Her significant other and life partner, Mickey Zahler. Her mother, Daphne Graham. Her brother and sister-in-law, Billy and Anita Aiken. As well as many special family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, William Henry Aiken and her niece, Laura Aiken Barrineau. Charlotte will be remembered for her generous and fun-loving spirit. She loved being outdoors among the many waterways of the Lowcountry and spending time with her family and friends. Her family wishes for those who knew her to celebrate Charlotte’s life in the ways that are most important to you and remember the happy times spent together. Funeral services will be held Wednesday morning, July 24, 2024 at 10:00 in the chapel of Parker-Rhoden Funeral Home, with burial following in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
