Head Start holds Transition Ceremony for Future Class of 2038

Students from Lowcountry Community Action Agency attended their Transition Ceremony for the 2025 graduating class. Dozens of graduating students, their friends, and families attended the standing room only event at the Colleton Civic Center. The students showed off their skills in spelling with a spelling bee and a book share. After marching into the auditorium to the traditional graduation processional “Pomp and Circumstance”, graduates sang songs and received their diplomas. The event was hosted by its Master of Ceremonies Mr. Jeraldo Brown, the 2025 Policy Council President with remarks given by Senekita Farmer Early/Head Start Director and Tara Glover, Executive Director of the Program.
