Grass Roots and Dusty Boots Show Circuit High Point Winners

A nice crowd came out to the Grass Roots and Dusty Boots horse show at Double D Arena Saturday. The morning boasted fine weather, even though the brisk air forced many exhibitors to break out the longe line before saddling up for the day.

There was a plethora of breeds and disciplines represented, from draft horses to mini’s. The class list contained something for any rider to enter, both in hand and under saddle.

Show manager Dierdra Worley Lunny was pleased with the day went.

“We had a great turnout at this show,” she stated. “We saw a lot of new faces which was wonderful. Our October 22nd show is a “double

judged” show, meaning two judges will be awarding places in each class. We welcome exhibitors to come out and show with us, and invite the public to come watch the show. The is no fee to spectate. Just bring a chair and a smile!”
