The Colleton County Lady Cougar Softball Program will host their annual preseason tournament this Saturday, February 26, at the Ace Basin Sports Complex.
The Grand Slam Jam will field 15 teams with first pitches planned for 10:00 a.m. and continue throughout the day with a 1:30 p.m. start for the final set of games.
Along with Colleton County, the following high school teams will be competing in the Grand Slam Jam on Saturday: Colleton Prep Academy, Beaufort High School, Barnwell, Hilton Head High School, Woodland High, Timberland, Bluffton High School, Cane Bay, Wade Hampton, May River High School, Bamberg-Ehrhardt, Ashley Ridge, Battery Creek, and Fox Creek High School.
Colleton County will face Fox Creek High School at 11:45 a.m. and Battery Creek at 1:30 p.m.
Colleton Prep Academy is scheduled to play Barnwell High School at 11:45 a.m. and Beaufort High School at 1:30 p.m.
