Olin H. Fralick, Jr., passed away April 6, 2025, at the Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House in Rock Hill, SC.  Olin was born February 11, 1930, in Walterboro, SC.  He is survived by his daughter Nancy Bell, his sons Rob Fralick and Chris Fralick (Tami), five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Olin was a proud graduate of Clemson University where he studied architecture and forestry.  His landscape architecture career included work on projects such as Cherry Park in Rock Hill, renovations to Glencairn Gardens in Rock Hill, Waterfront Park in Beaufort, Augusta National Golf Course, and Calloway Gardens. A true son of the Lowcountry, he loved fishing, crabbing, and eating roasted oysters.  He was an avid Clemson Tiger sports fan, especially football and baseball.  Olin was a talented artist and musician and until recently played the piano for the Sunday Services at Park Pointe Village where he had lived for the past fifteen years.  He loved all animals, but especially his “kitties,” and animals in turn were drawn to his quiet gentleness.  A private burial was held at Glendale Memorial Cemetery, Walterboro. A memorial service to be held at Park Pointe at a time still to be determined. Memorial contributions may be made to the Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House in Rock Hill or the animal rescue of your choice. Arrangements By: The Brice W.
