The Walterboro Elks Lodge 1988 presented the Veterans Victory House with various items from the wish list for Veterans on August 3.
The items are in constant demand so the collection box will be a regular feature at the Elks Lodge. Anyone can make a donation to the lodge or directly to Veterans Victory House.
The wish list includes: alarm clocks, wall clocks, radios, body wash soaps (no alcohol), deodorant, depends pull ups for men and women (medium and large), care packages, snacks, toothpaste, fingernail polish for ladies, in-room activities (handheld games, puzzles, crosswords, word search, coloring books), socks, shirts (small, medium, large), sleep pants for men, house gowns for women and prizes for bingo.
