Recently, the Colleton County School Board released its plan on how to spend federal rescue money given to the district as part of the multi-trillion-dollar national relief stimulus package. Part of this local plan will repair some school buildings and will also expand Colleton County Middle School, which is already one of the biggest middle schools in the state.
