Missing jewelry
An Augusta Highway couple went on vacation the early part of June. When they returned home on June 19, everything seemed well. But on June 23, the woman decided to put on some of her jewelry, only to discover all her jewelry was gone. The value of the lost jewelry is estimated over $5,000.

Burglary reported
A Morris Circle woman came home to the house she was moving into to find someone had apparently kicked open the door.
Gone were a 75-inch Samsung flat screen tv, a 55-inch Samsung flat screen tv, a Sony Play Station 4 Pro and a king-sized canopy bed, complete with its sheet set.

Window broken, cigarettes taken
On June 27 someone threw a piece of concrete through the front plate window of a Lucas Street business.
The man, who had his face covered with a white garment and his hands covered with plastic bags, attempted to pull open the cigarette cases behind the cash register.
After several unsuccessful attempts, the suspect kicked in the case’s doors and left with a variety of packs of cigarettes.
The incident was captured on the business’ security system.
