The topic for this year’s contest is “Turtle Travels…The Life of a Loggerhead Sea Turtle”. This is a wonderful opportunity for students to learn about South Carolina’s State Reptile, the Loggerhead Sea Turtle. The Loggerhead Turtle is protected under the Endangered Species Act.
