Coach Jake Jacobs thought the CCMS Cougar season went great. “We started off sluggish, dropping the first two games. After a two- week bye due to Hurricane Helene and a cancellation, we showed our resiliency and rebounded with a phenomenal win streak. Our defense really stepped up, only giving up 12 points in the last 5 games. Our offensive line came to play each game, as we were able to pound the ball on the ground and establish dominance up front. I can't say enough about the will to win attitude of these players and their coachability. I am extremely proud of them and cannot wait to see their future successes on the field and in the classroom.”
