Pajamas, Popcorn, and Punch…. CCMS has achieved another milestone in promoting relaxation and rejuvenation. Mr. Peeples, Mrs. T. Crosby, and Ms. Charlene Williams designed a multifaceted plan to cater to our students’ mental, physical, and social needs. This led to the creation of the Pajamas, Popcorn, and Punch event. Students revelled in the opportunity to participate in diverse activities, including board games, dancing, jumping rope, hula hooping, corn ball, basketball, football, and socializing. Mrs. Victoria Reed set the tone with music, while staff members worked in tandem to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment, also taking part in dancing. The CCMS custodial staff deserves recognition for their tireless efforts in maintaining a clean and secure environment. We are grateful for Mrs. Tolliver’s ongoing support and guidance. The visit from Superintendent Jessica Williams and Assistant Superintendent of Operations Dr. Martin Wright during the event was a welcome surprise, as they witnessed our students’ enthusiastic participation in positive activities.
