Mrs. Deborah Gloria Youmans Bowman was born on June 16, 1953 to the late Wesley Sr and Daisy Bell Williams Youmans in Walterboro, SC. She entered eternal rest on Sunday October 6th, 2024 at home. She attended the public schools of Colleton County and graduated from Walterboro High School. Deborah was employed with Dayco for forty plus years, where she formed many lasting friendships. She was a member of Walterboro New Church of Christ in Walterboro, South Carolina, where she sung such melodioussongs. A couple of her favorite songs were “I’ve Had My Shares of Ups and Downs” and “Don’t Let the Devil Ride”. When she stepped out, she was adorned from head to toe. Debra was a caring, loving person who always who always had a hug and a smile when you met her. She was United in holy matrimony to Lawrence Bowman for forty-nine years and to this union was one daughter, Katrina, the apple of her eye. She was proceeded in death by her sisters, Annie Mae Adams, Betty Rae Koger; brother’s Wesley Jr, Wilbur and Leroy Youmans. Sister-In-law, Roselee Hamiliton, Brothers in law, Palmer Bowman Jr, Vernon Bowman. She leaves to cherish her love of her life husband Lawrence Bowman of the home, her devoted daughter Katrina. Three sisters, Lethea Mae Hampton, Robertha Mitchell and Vernell (Maggie) Sanders. Sisters in law, Christine Radcliff, Carolyn Bowman, Geraldine (Albert) Gibbs, Dorothy Youmans, Edwina (Ernest) Lytes. Bother in laws, James Allen (Shirley) Bowman, Johnny Bailey. Two devoted cousins, Dolline Tucker, MargaleneIrvin. Special niece Nichelle Youmans. Devoted friends Diane (Frank) Williams and Bishop Ricky (Delories) McTeer, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.” 2 Timothy 4: 7-8
