Congratulations to the Colleton County Band of Blue for their top 5 ranking at the 2024 SCBDA 4A State Marching Band Championships at River Bluff High School Saturday, October 26. The Band of Blue scored a 88.4 in finals earning 5th place overall. The Band of Blue presented their show “CONNECTIONS” to a huge crowd Saturday early in the day for a preliminary performance and then again at night for the top 12 Finals. Earlier in the day the Band of Blue scored a 88.05 in prelims earning them 4th place and 2nd place in lower state! This is the Highest ranking since 2005 for Colleton County.
Congratulations to the band members for an impressive season and thank you to the directors, staff, and parents for representing our community. We are PROUD of BIG BLUE.
