Three people were injured, and one was trapped in a high-speed single vehicle accident on Azalea Patch Road near Sniders Hwy on November 13th. The vehicle left the roadway and entered a water filled ditch. The adult male driver received non-life-threatening injuries but had to be extricated from the vehicle. An adult female and a small child also received non-life-threatening injuries. Colleton County Firefighter-Paramedics treated all three patients at the scene. The mother and 4-month-old were transported to Colleton Medical Center for further evaluation. He was transported to Colleton Medical Center. The Sheriff’s Office and SCHP are investigating the accident.
