Applications are still being accepted for the McBee WMA lottery quail hunts

PRESS RELEASE - The S.C. Department of Natural Resources (SCDNR) is accepting applications for the McBee WMA Quail Lottery Hunts through October 15th at 5:00 pm.

A non-refundable fee of $5 is required of all applicants for the lottery. Youth hunters on the application must be at least 10 years old. There can be up to 3 hunters on an application.

All hunts are 2 consecutive days except the first hunt date which is one day.

The limit of quail will be a total of 10 birds per hunting party for the 2-day hunt period. Hunters should have their own dogs.

After the selection process occurs, applicants will receive emailed results or can check their results online.
