WALTERBORO:   David Noel Aguilera Jr., 19, born on October 29, 2004, in Altus, OK, passed away on August 2, 2024, in Orangeburg, SC. David was a skilled general construction worker, dedicating himself to his craft. 
One of David’s proudest accomplishments was graduating with his GED at the age of 16 and he loved to rub it in his sister’s (Mariah) face that he graduated before her. He was engaged to his beloved fiancé, Ainsley Jamison of Orangeburg, SC, and they shared their lives with their fur baby, Tink.
David is survived by his fiancé Ainsley Jamison of Orangeburg, SC; sister, Mariah Aguilera of Walterboro, SC; parents, Brian and Natasha Wilson of Walterboro, SC; brother, Tanner Dewitt (Hannah) of Ruffin, SC; sister, Tatum Dewitt of Walterboro, SC, sister Brooke Harmon (Robert) of Monticello, GA; grandparents, Mary Aguilera of Lubbock, TX, Reba Strickland (Wille) of Walterboro, SC, Cynthia Underwood of Barnsville, GA; aunts and uncles, Jessie and Lisa Aguilera of Fountain Inn, SC, Lupe Aguilera of Piedmont, SC, and Joann Delossantos of Lubbock, TX; cousins, Jasmine Aguilera (Josh) of Fountain Inn, SC, Shelby Castle (Brandon) of Williamston SC, Andy Patterson of Pelzer SC, Kelly Aguilera of Stillwater, OK, and Christina Aguilera of Altus, OK; as well as Ainsley’s family, Connie and Gus Nix, Dina and Jo Jo Grooms, Brodie Grooms, Holly Grooms, Joe Grooms, Cayce and Bubba Carson, Payton Carson, Nikki and Blake Vaughn, Canon Chavis, and Casen Chavis. David also leaves behind his former foster caregivers Mollie Gadsden, Xerese Bright, and Xerese’s children Zion, Zaire, Zavion, and Zaedyn. He was preceded in death by his father, David Noel Aguilera Sr., his sister Maya Aguilera, his aunt Cynthia Caron, and great-grandmother Helen Jennings.
David’s defining personality traits included his unwavering love for his family, fearlessness, and genuine kindness towards everyone he met. He had a deep affection for animals and held a special place in his heart for them. David’s unique style was showcased in his collection of sneakers and his impeccable hair.
The impact David had on the lives of others cannot be measured. He brought immense joy and light into the lives of all who knew him. His kind heart, infectious smile, and boundless curiosity touched the lives of many. David will be dearly missed by his family, extended family, close friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday afternoon, August 13, 2024 at 2:00 in the chapel of Parker-Rhoden Funeral Home, 117 Paul Street in Walterboro.  The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the funeral home.
