Thomas “Campbell” Pryor is a senior at Colleton County High School where he plays football and soccer for the Cougars. He is the son of Lesli and Greg Pryor of Walterboro and grandson of Bill and Gail Howell. Campbell has a 4.55 GPA and is ranked No. 20 in his senior class.
Academic Awards: Golden Paw (2014-17), Academic Letter (2014-17)
Athletic Awards: Soccer- Captain (2016, 2017), Captain’s Award (2016), All-Region (2017)
Special Honors: Student Council, National Honor Society president, Youth Leadership Colleton, Chorus, Palmetto Boys State.
Colleges of Interest: I hope to attend Clemson University.
Intended Field of Study: I intend to major in agribusiness.
Collegiate Athletics: I don’t plan on playing college sports, but am interested in playing intramural soccer.
On Soccer: I love soccer because for those 80 minutes, I can just forget about everything else and just play the game with some of my best friends.
Role Models: I consider my parents and grandparents to be my role models because they push me to be the best person I can be. I can honestly say I don’t know where I would be without them.
Standout Coach: Johnny Thomas, my first-ever soccer coach, is my most memorable coach. Coaching me for many years, he taught me the fundamentals and love for the game. To this day, I can still hear him coaching me from the stands!
Surprising Campbell Fact: Fall is my favorite time of year because I love college football!
On CCHS: I would not change a thing about Colleton County High School. I have made many great memories there that I will remember for a lifetime. High school has been the best four years of my life so far!
