ANDERSON–Barbara Brown Hogan, 82, wife of Charlie Hogan, passed away Tuesday,March 21, 2017.

Born in Covington, GA., she was the daughter of the late Joel Thomas and Ozella Moore Brown. Mrs. Hogan was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She loved to cook, travel and enjoyed bowling. She was a member of Concord Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Charlie Hogan of the home; one

daughter, Beverly Odum of Anderson; three sons, Matt Hogan and wife, Beth of Walterboro, Robbie Hogan and wife, Lucy of Edisto Island, and Mike Hogan of Greenville; eight grandchildren, Jake Odum and wife, Allie, Kyle Odum and wife, Lynn, Haley Stroman and husband, Stephen, Beatty Hogan and wife, Alex, Luke Hogan, Mallory Crawford and husband, Andrew, Cole Hogan, and Bonnie Hogan; and ten great grandchildren. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Michael Odum and two grandsons, Tanner Odum and Preston Hogan.


A private family service will be held at Ramsey Creek Preserve Chapel.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Concord Baptist Church, 1012 Concord Road, Anderson, SC 29621 or Shriners Hospital for Children, 950 West Faris Road, Greenville, SC 29605.
