Kenneth D. Beach, 32, of Smoaks was ordered to serve 18 months of a three-year prison term and then spend two years on probation after he pled guilty to a charge of possession of methamphetamine when he appeared before 14th Circuit Court Judge Perry Buckner during Colleton County’s General Sessions Court.
Eric S. Scriven, 42, of Green Pond, pled guilty to a charge of grand larceny, was given a suspended 10-year prison term and was placed on five years probation.
Wesley Crabb, 40, of Cottageville, pled guilty to a forgery charge, was given a suspended five-year prison term with credit for time served and was placed on probation for three years.
Philip A. Catanzaro, 54, of Walterboro, and Michelle F. Catanzaro, 39, of Walterboro, both pled guilty to charges of unlawful neglect of a child, were given suspended five-year prison terms with credit for time served and placed on probation for two years.
Jarvese L. Johnson, 39, of Walterboro, pled guilty to a charge of habitual traffic offender, was given a suspended three-year prison term with credit for time served and placed on probation for one year.
Alyssa Farmer, 32, of Walterboro, pled guilty to a charge of disturbing schools, was given a suspended 90-day jail term with credit for time served and placed on probation for one year.
Kevin M. Rogers, 34, of Walterboro, pled guilty to a charge of third degree assault and battery, was given a suspended 30 day jail term and placed on probation for 18 months.
Maria Cortes, 38, of Walterboro, pled guilty to a charge of hit and run, was given a suspended one-year prison term with credit for time served and placed on probation for one year.
John L. Dubois Jr., 42, of Walterboro, pled guilty to a charge of use of a motor vehicle without permission and was sentenced to time served.
