The Select Group, located in Walterboro, is proud to announce that Broker/Owner Eric Campbell participated in the 2024 Momentum Business Training event, hosted by national franchisor Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc.
Momentum, an advanced workshop for Weichert® affiliated brokers, owners, and office staff, focused on key performance topics including maximizing return on investment (ROI), optimizing lead generation, mastering onboarding, and more. The Momentum sessions were held in 10 different locations throughout the country in January and were led by the Weichert business coaching team. Over 200 brokerage owners, managers, and staff members from over 100 Weichert affiliated companies attended the sessions.
Our Momentum sessions were created to give members of our Weichert franchise system the tools, confidence, and motivation to successfully grow their businesses heading into the new year, said Bill Scavone, president of Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. The training sessions and discussions were very enlightening for our attendees and created a positive energy that we hope carries throughout our Weichert network.
Participants learned strategies to maximize ROI activities, optimize lead generation and conversions using the brands myWeichert technology platform, effectively onboard and train agents, and cultivate a positive mindset. The crucial tools, skills, and insights gained at the Momentum sessions served as a platform for attendees to get organized and motivated to successfully grow their businesses in the upcoming year.
Attendees also spent time discussing strategies and networking with fellow Weichert franchise owners, managers, and staff members from across the country at the sessions.
