The Citizens Emergency Response Team received disaster recovery training at the Colleton County Recreation Center on March 21st. Representative of South Carolina Emergency Management, The Red Cross, and Colleton County Fire-Rescue took CERT members through the layout of the recovery center and Distribution Area, as well as the Parking and Traffic Flow. This enabled the CERT Team to better understand the setup and operation of the facility.
