The Colleton County Fire Commission recognized three dispatchers along with other first responders, medical staff and law enforcement from the area for their response to an incident on July 21. Sgt. Christy Worley, Sgt. Rebecca Mitchell and TCO Katalina Garvalia were each presented a “Certificate of Recognition” for their lifesaving efforts in an incident involving a child who had fallen into a pool. Sheriff R.A.
