“Our location should open late December or early January,” said Emma Wallace, Staffing and Marketing Director of Hodges Management Co.; however, the construction schedule and opening could be affected by inclement weather.

Hodges Management’s operations includes the Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant located at 622 N. Jefferies Blvd. Wallace said the company plans to close the North Jefferies operation when the Walmart plaza building opens for business.

The new building is being constructed as part of Kentucky Fried Chicken’s move to update its franchises.
