Prison time comes with guilty plea | Court | The Press and Standard

A Yemassee man was sent to prison when he pled guilty during an appearance in Colleton County General Sessions Court last week.
Lloyd Smalls, 57, of Yemassee, pled guilty to a charge of indecent exposure. After hearing the plea, Visiting Circuit Court Judge Doyet Early sentenced Smalls to two years in prison.
• Harvie Elliott, 31, of Ravenel, pled guilty to a charge of third-degree burglary and was given a suspended five-year prison term and five years’ probation.
• Tyree Middleton, 22, of Summerville, pled guilty to a charge of possession of crack cocaine and was sentenced to time served, 108 days.
• Reakwon Daye, 21, of Walterboro, pled guilty to a charge of possession of marijuana and was ordered to serve 90 days in jail or pay a $200 fine. He was also given credit for 114 days already served.
• Kevin Thigpen, 27, of North Charleston, pled guilty to a charge of unlawful carrying of a pistol, and was ordered to serve 30 days in jail or pay a $100 fine. He was given credit for eight days already served.
